Exchange and return

We are happy to assist you and manage all your exchange/return requests.

Our return policy is valid for a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the product, and is valid only if the product is new, in re-saleable condition, consumable components and accessories are still sealed with the packaging and all packaging materials present. Based on this, the product will be replaced or refunded within 5 days.

Products purchased through the website can be returned and/or exchanged by direct delivery or delivery to the shipping office.

Please ensure that the product(s) being returned or exchanged are accompanied by an order confirmation and a copy of the delivery note, along with all accessories and free gifts.

If you receive a defective product (such as if it was delivered to you with damaged or missing parts, or has any apparent damage), it can be returned and exchanged, or a full refund can be obtained upon approval.

Please remember: Product(s) must be in its original packaging and unopened, with original product order confirmation, delivery note, accessories and free gifts.
